My greatest strengths include but are not limited to innovative thinking, professional development, leadership (principal/assistant principal) and teacher coaching, standardized testing, and fostering strong working relationships with teachers, parents, and administration. Through my work as a Principal and Vice-President, I have developed strong communication, interpersonal, organization and leadership skills. As a Principal and Senior Director, I worked hard to create a school that focused on strong school culture and data-driven practices as well as leading our network in the implementation of social-emotional learning in our charter schools. I enjoy coaching and supervising principals as well as creating inspirational ways to motivate leaders to do the hard work that is necessary to develop schools that impact our youth.
