As an intern in the Digital Networks and Communications Lab, I was responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of digital communication equipment, software installation, disk cloning, and the configuration of connectivity devices such as routers, switches, and access points. Additionally, I contributed to the administration of the JIEE event website, participated in the design and fabrication of prototypes for FIEE open house events, and gained experience in configuring embedded systems such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. My role also included providing technical support for the equipment in the Digital Communications and Networks labs, allowing me to develop strong problem-solving and technical customer service skills. This comprehensive experience has significantly enhanced my practical knowledge and interdisciplinary skills in the field of networks and communications.
