I have over four years of experience as a legal advisor mainly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries having worked extensively with companies established in South-Eastern African countries. I have acquired expert legal knowledge and regularly offer legal advice in relation to contract law, commercial law, corporate law, criminal law, employment law and intellectual property law.Working as a Barrister-at-Law, I have acquired expert experience in litigation and dispute resolution, both in English law and French Civil Law.I am also an AML Compliance Analyst Expert having previously worked at KPMG Luxembourg, where I applied my legal knowledge and business acumen to help clients comply with anti-money laundering regulations and best practices. I conducted risk assessments, performed due diligence, reviewed policies and procedures, and provided recommendations and training. I am currently working as a Projects Lawyer in the renewable energy sector in Luxembourg for a company operating in multiple jurisdictions - France, Poland, Ukraine, Kosovo, Malta and African countries.I am deeply involved in contract negotiation, project development, permit applications, drafting of legal documents such as PPAs, corporate financing and mergers and acquisitions.
