About Brenda Sauer

My greatest asset is my desire to find a solution to whatever challenge is thrown at me. When the head of operations asked our team to build a forecast model within 3 days, others said it couldn't be done, but I took it on. It took a few iterations and sessions, but I had a first pass headcount forecast model rolled out to the C-Suite by end of week. Over time, I improved and automated it.
