Business Management: Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.2). Distribution Management: Managing and controlling the entire distribution network (Distributors, Dealers, Retailers, Whole sellers) to achieve revenue volume, ensure deeper market penetration and improved market share. Quarterly evaluation of all distributor’s achievement, commercial performance, business contribution. If necessary segmenting and appointing new distributor.3). New market development: Recognizing the market potential and establishing financially strong and reliable channel partners in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities for deeper market penetration and improved market share.4). Team Management: Handling a team of 5 Area Sales Executives. Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets. Monitoring the performance of team members against certain parameters- budget achievement, retail coverage, shop branding, promotional activity, distributor management, customer service. Creating and maintaining a healthy & creative learning environment.5). Sales Support: Formulate and implement trade schemes and promotional offers as per market scenario and competitor activity.6). Operation Management: Accountable for marketing intelligence, monitoring competitor activities, analyzing result of trade promotions/schemes/contests to ensure healthy business growth. Ensure strict adherence to company policy and guidelines at all level and also ensure accuracy of all reports and submit them as per deadlines.7). Branding Activity: Ensure strong brand visibility, developing and implementing marketing plans with focus on local area advertising, branding and other promotional activities like Retail Seminar, Glow Sign Board, Road Show, Display shelf, OOH campaign.
