Saugata started his career as an engineer and shifted to Capability Building and Leadership Development. He has created learning solutions across levels from frontline to leadership levels. He has a deep understanding of business and sales process across rural retail, urban retail, manufacturing, process plants, insurance, financial services, IT and education. He currently runs a boutique consulting company focusing on strategy, general management and creating learning academies (content and platform).
