As a scouter in Nepal, my role is to mentor and lead young scouts in their personal development and growth. I organize and lead scout meetings, plan and execute outdoor activities and events, and provide guidance and support to scouts in achieving their goals. Scouting has taught me the importance of community service, personal growth, and leadership development. As a scouter, I am committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all members, where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Although I am not currently active, I am proud to have been a part of the scouting movement in Nepal and believe that my experience and knowledge can still be valuable in supporting the scouting community.
