As an Award Leader at The Duke of Edinburgh's International Awards in Nepal, my role is to empower and guide young people in their pursuit of personal growth and development through the Award program. I am responsible for inspiring and motivating participants to take part in the program, helping them select suitable activities, monitoring their progress, and providing support throughout their Award journey.I work closely with assessors, other volunteers, and the participants to ensure that the program is implemented in a safe and supportive environment. I take pride in providing guidance and support to the young people under my care, helping them to overcome challenges, and develop new skills.As an Award Leader, I am responsible for managing the administration of the program in my area, including registering participants, tracking progress, and submitting completed Awards for approval. I take this role seriously and ensure that all participants receive the recognition they deserve for their hard work and commitment.Overall, being an Award Leader at The Duke of Edinburgh's International Awards in Nepal is a fulfilling experience as I get to play a role in shaping the lives of young people and helping them reach their full potential.
