• Provided managerial and policy oversight/guidance to support the FBI Cyber Task Force (CTF) Program among the FBI’s 56 Field Office. The goal of CTF to partner with other Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies to act as force multiplier to combat the merging Cyber threat.• Routinely traveled the United States to conduct compliance reviews and meet with key stake holders in field offices.• Provided training to FBI Agents, Task Force Officers, and foreign law enforcement partners on Cybercrime investigation.• Worked as a subject matter expert with industry groups on promoting the FBI’s initiative on counterfeit goods having an impact on public health and safety.

• Responsible for the successful arrest and prosecution of dozens of criminal subjects for violations of federal law for the following: Wire Fraud, Bank Fraud, Bankruptcy Fraud, Interstate Transportation of Stolen Property, Domestic Terrorism, Drugs, Child Pornography, Extortion and Computer Crime.• Created the first FBI Public/Private Alliance in Syracuse, NY to share intelligence on emerging threats within the business community in upstate, New York. • Appointed as official liaison to the Canadian American Law Enforcement Cooperative; met quarterly for eight years to discuss and develop strategies to handle cross-border crime problems.• After 911 was tasked by the Special Agent in Charge of Albany to build a working group of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to handle the new terrorist threat.• Trained FBI Crisis Negotiator and appointed as the Coordinator for the FBI Albany Division. Responsible for providing crisis negotiation response for all federal violations as well as well as assistance to state and local law enforcement partners. Routinely conducted training seminars for other law enforcement agencies.
