With 15+ years of experience in the Long Term Care Industry, I have a perspective unique to my role as a consultant in that I have served as not only a Nursing Home Administrator but also as an Executive overseeing Operations, Business Development and Government Affairs.I have also served as Vice Chair and Member of several CAHF Committees and continue to serve the association in a voluntary position to add value to our industry and push us forward.Currently, I am serving LTC organizations by offering support with Operations and placement of executive positions such as Administrator, Director of Nursing, RCFE Directors, Regional positions, etc.Combining my Operations experience with a pre-screening and interview regimen second to none, allows me to source and successfully place top notch candidates while producing a seamless and efficient hiring process for my clients.
