Followed up construction of initial prototype and acted as teach lead for a team of 15 developers, tracking progress and time schedules to manage the project schedule successfully.Final working prototype was praised for it's original approach to handle module intercommunication and exchangeability and it was followed up on a large scale presentation to customers in the banking industry in Australia and the US.

VISUAL BASIC, MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL, ORACLE, BUSINESS OBJECTSDesigned and maintained software products to process MS Excel and CSV files to feed statistical and performance analysis software.Improved the data loading efficiency by using of the macro and VB programming capabilities within Excel and re-designed the user interface to reduce errors and load times to the final users.By the end of the project's life, efficiency was greatly improved, reducing data loads from 8 hours to 45 minutes in some cases, and got continuous praise from managers for the outstanding improvement in efficiency.

VISUAL BASIC, SQL SERVER, MS ACCESS, BARCODE PRINTERSDesigned and implemented a real time inventory and product traceability for automotive component manufacturing.Using a barcode scanner and portable terminals, users are able to certify QA, review inventory levels in real time, as well as the component lot numbers and shipment ID's for any given item using only it's serial number.At the end of implementation, QA accuracy increased 200% and component tracking and inventory were greatly improved, defective part inspection and re-work was reduced thanks to the instant traceability of components and that translated in reduced defective item shipments and overall production and operations cost reduced.
