As a Recruiter I am responsible for interviewing, evaluating and referring applicants for positions throughout the company. I also assist with negotiating salaries and offer the positions. My job duties include the following:- Developing new strategies and programs to attract candidates. • Developing screening procedures and interviewing techniques. • Determining location of job advertisements and selects the appropriate medium.• Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for all levels of positions throughout the Organization.• Sourcing and recruiting for entry level positions.• Extensive Sourcing and recruiting for Management to executive-level• Coordinating all candidate interview schedules as well as any necessary candidate travel arrangements necessary.• Creating, presenting and negotiations of offers to candidates.• Working closely with management to develop recruitment strategies to meet their needs.• Training Management on Transfer, Recruiting and interview process as well as interview techniques • Maintain up to date knowledge and go to person for applicant tracking system- HR LOGIX.• Creating and maintaining recruitment metrics for use of evaluating process and improving efficiency. • Coordinating internal and external job and career fairs • Responsible for community outreach for recruitment and career fair attendance opportunities.
