Amzlo Operations Manager Logistics Last Mile Dpx3 Multiple SiteAmazon Jul 2015 - Feb 2018Chandler, ArizonaAccomplishment• Fastest ramp to mass capacity for a delivery station in Amazon History 3 weeks after Site Launch• Responsible for 70,000-90,000 packages deliver daily at 98.9% success. •direct reports pre-site 260 daily -3000 ‘during peak’ • Enabled daily attainment of the goal of 98.75% at the lowest cost; this resulted in the station increasing EADC from 93.44% at launch to an average of 99.05%. While becoming cost positive.• Created formula of how many RTS shipments the station can have for the day to exceed the goal, communicated to the DSP teams so that they hit target, and mitigates returns. The best practice influenced counterpart at six other location across the network to adopt this process. • Managed site P&L.Owned the LOST reduction initiative, LOST products were reduced by 98.29%• Reduced RTS routes need per day, this is an annual savings of $261K annually. This was a vital part of the station success of running at a loss of ($526K) in August to profitability in September of $75K and December of $49K.• Unique perspective to tailor solutions for stand-alone and co-lo environments; in 2016 with the launch of co-los while still using stand-alone methods.
