You will all hear from me on all and every issue which directly affects your day to day lives.🔥💪We all talk so much about our ‘WHY’ and what it all means to our lives, careers and businesses BUT how many of us truly spend any time working on ourselves?💥💥Your career should never be a guessing game and it should also never be taken for granted. ❓❔This is how it all started for me….I started my career working for a major international pharmaceutical company while studying the sciences but then realised a career in business was calling. I started in Accounting and very quickly moved across to Marketing where I loved the constant interaction & presentations. I secured a position with a major conference company where I stayed until I was headhunted for a major international competitor. This role took me to Chicago, U.S.A which to this day is one of my favourite cities in the world. There, I headed up the production of all conference events for North & South America while also establishing a production office for the company in Argentina.✔I returned to Australia eventually with a real interest in entering the recruitment industry. This was off the back of carrying out extensive recruiting during my time in Chicago across a variety of different positions and also from being headhunted for the U.S opportunity. This really created my goal of entering the industry and in particular, to help others with their careers through my own experiences.👌In 2009 I launched GeckoRec and have never looked back. My passion for working with candidates across all their career needs, uncertainties and ambitions is my fuel. I love working with business owners & employers of all sizes and across multiple industries on becoming employers of choice through greater levels of engagement with their teams.
