Worked in a team responsible for development of a large scale web site built from scratch, where most of the attention was given to scalability, UX experience, performance and stability.Responsible as part of the team for development of a single-page web app as well as for the corresponding python-based backend. A lot of attention was devoted to unit-testing and selecting technical solutions that make the backend scalable and reliable.

I was responsible for the development of CRM and custom business asset management system. My main duties were designing and implementing new features on those systems, including QA. I also engineered the incremental transition for code written in PHP to the .NET platform on UNIX (using the Mono framework); integrated an automatic software fault reporting into both the client-facing and internal systems.

Worked as lead for team of developers working on CRM and BI systems. I was responsible for tutoring new team members, writing technical specifications based on requirements provided and also for QA issue management.

My responsibilities were to develop the current CRM system according to requirements provided, implemented on both Web and Windows Desktop platforms. I was also responsible for resolving part of issues registered for those systems.
