The biggest projects – Akropolis Klaipėda (almost €3 million), Akropolis Kaunas (almost €6 million), other construction projects of Maxima (20-30 projects per year).• Negotiated prices with building materials suppliers - established successful long-term cooperation with more than 30 new suppliers.

• Distributed wholesale cards, calculated loyalty points.• Organized the logistics of goods to Latvian and Estonian stores – distributed 50 trucks per month of various goods from central and customs warehouses (re-export), collected export documents, coordinated the process of supply.

• Was responsible for product appearance and supply in various stores (merchandising), accepted orders and ensured timely delivery of goods.
