In this role, I lead the creative development process for some of Africa’s most loved and iconic brands, such as Puma, Money Market, k’nect mobile, k’nect, and Superswift. My team designs business solutions to capitalize on emerging consumer trends and cultural moments. Being the creative group’s head, I enjoy empowering and motivating my team to achieve excellent results and meet all set business goals.

During this time, I provided comprehensive leadership in successful brand loyalty campaigns, such as Stikeez and Super Animals, from kickoff to delivery to drive customer acquisition and lifetime customer value. Being a Senior Digital Designer cultivated my leadership skills allowing me to motivate a team of digital designers to produce and deliver compelling brand stories, adhering to brand guidelines and business goals.

During this time, I participated in developing and executing influencer campaigns, such as Superbalist 100 to increase the company’s Net Promoter Score and meet KPIs. I had an excellent collaboration with the creative team to establish a unified brand voice for the company. My team and I developed visually-appealing design solutions for projects, including digital web experiences, email campaigns, social media, print, and marketing communication solutions.

This was my first professional role in the business, which awarded me the opportunity to craft advertising digital and print materials for many wholesale, hospitality, and retail brands in South Africa. In this role, I excelled my design and strategic skills on a wide range of marketing and communication material from concept to finished art.
