Recent graduate with a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.My most recent work was in the Orthopaedic Biomechanics Lab at UC Davis under the guidance of Dr. Maury Hull. I focused on researching the patient outcomes and in vivo kinematics of the tibiofemoral joint after personally aligned total knee arthroplasty with various implant designs. Undergraduate Student ResearcherUniversity Of California, Berkeley Feb 2017 - Aug 2018Berkeley, Ca, Us● Analyzed the flame properties of Polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA) and Solid Inflammatory Boundary at Low Speed (SIBAL) fabric by examining their pyrolisis and burnout fronts, average flame propagation speed, and flame length at varying oxygen, nitrogen, and pressure levels● Machined the samples to proper dimension, organized the sensors onto the samples to record the data, and analyzed the data on MATLAB● It was found as pressure levels were decreased, the pyrolisis front, burnout front, and flame propagation speed decreased and the data closely approached that recorded in microgravity at 30 kPa● This study informs spacecraft crews about how these fabrics combust and facilitates safety aboard the spacecraft
