• NPD & design of vessels for food and pharmaceutical industries• Management of the project, even coordination with the cusotmer and set in place.• PID based design of skids• Departmental support, especially with workshop, logistics and electrical technical office.• Continuous improvement system, by analizing the design done and sharing in common the ways to improve it (taking into account costs, manufacturing and purpose of itself)

Packaging and automation solutions for the end of line (pallet building and conveying mainly):• Calculation of the highest productions for each element of the line to guarantee the most efficient palletizing output.• Design of robotic cells, both for enclosed cells and collaborative robots.• Interdepartmental contact to successfully deliver the desired solution on time.• Customer support on site to help give the optimal solution by understanding his demands and minimums to achieve.• Detail in the aesthetical finishings of the products.

Design of trailers and other tooling for agricultural industryMain roles:• 3D design of the machines and their pneumatic, electric and grease lubrication systems.• Creation of plasma cutter files using the software Lantek. Parts were afterwards cutted in owns facilities.• Constant contact and support among the different departments.• Responsible to get in contact and deal with international suppliers, to implement the advances of them in the product.• In charge of part of the workshop (6 people). Responsible to plan their day to day job and problem solving.

Design engineer for forklift trucks cabs and other industrial equipment, such as small dumpers and backhoes.Main roles:• Working with other engineers within the design office.• Visit customer on site to measure up the truck and for a better understanding of his demands. • Design of new cabs, using SolidWorks and other CAD program for the plasma cutter.• Update of company’s data base when customer queries for new forklift trucks are made.• Measure up of new trucks using a 3D-CAD scanner. Design afterwards using reverse engineering.• Sporadic support to workshop, fitting cabs and welding thicker parts by MIG/MAG.
