Roles included I&C supervisor and planner, operations shift supervisor, and senior reliability engineer. • Gained in-depth knowledge and experience in the maintenance and operation of fossil fueled power plants. Worked at a 490 MW coal-fired power plant and a 1200 MW natural gas and oil-fired power plant.

• Provided consulting services to Mirant, LLC at a 490 MW coal-fired generating facility.• Developed scope of works, work packages, and outage planning schedules.• Provided engineering supervision for O&M and capital projects.

• Analyzed credit and property risk for commercial mortgage loan transactions ranging from $4 MM to $300 MM. Noteworthy transactions include 311 South Wacker Drive - $244 MM, 500-512 7th Avenue - $300 MM, 1450 Broadway - $131 MM and Greenbriar Mall - $33 MM.• Underwrote and performed due diligence for commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS). • Developed “property-specific” Excel schedules and models to enhance the underwriting analysis (i.e. rent steps, rent abatements, reimbursements/recoveries, pro-forma, real estate taxes and short/long term capital expenditures schedules).
