I gained a great overview of the challenges faced by large incumbent companies in Finland and the Nordics as well as on the most disrupting technologies and startups developing them.- Coauthored an extensive study on the digitalization of wealth management which focused on the key features and services that customers want from their bank regarding wealth management. A qualitative study encompassing the Nordics was performed targeting high net worth individuals. This deep dive into wealth management built a good understanding on the future of that space.
