I grew the company from the ground up into a sustainable and profitable business providing solutions to telecom service providers, wireless operators, multimedia, and government organizations. I raised over $25M in equity funding as well as developed and launched four generations of wireless products. My role involved crafting the strategic vision and directing sales, product management, client and public relations.Some of my key contributions are as follows:✪ Grew company from zero to $55M in sales revenue as well as led sale to Moseley Associates.✪ Developed global business by establishing sales operations and channels in USA, Middle East, Russia, and over 50 other countries worldwide.✪ Slashed costs by 30% by negotiating OEM and distribution agreements with billion-dollar system integrators; applied persuasive communication skills to close deals and sales and support contracts with global tier-1 service providers including Vodafone, Vimpelcom, Reliance, and Sprint.✪ Aided client deployments of world’s largest mmWave network by providing transparent and reliable support to customers including Clearwire/Sprint.

Drive revenue growth and overall business success by steering strategies across product management, solutions development, sales, marketing, network planning, deployment and customer support operations. We offer 5G solutions for wireless service providers and corporate wireless networks, as well as ultra-low latency technologies for Algorithmic and High Frequency Trading (HFTs). A few of my contributions: ✪ Invented, designed, developed and launched an ultra-low latency mmWave wireless solution for algorithmic high frequency trading (HFT) vertical, capturing 80% of international market share within five years.✪ Expanded mmWave technology applications and services into 5G wireless networks for private enterprise clients in retail, automotive, financial services, social networking industries to connect with Edge and Cloud computing.✪ Generated millions in revenue and gained favorable terms and agreements by negotiating partnerships and contracts with top-tier technology companies including FAANG group.✪ I direct teams, offer guidance and mentorship across goals and operations while cultivating a positive, cohesive, and collaborative environment, working toward common goals.

Free Space Optics commercialization for terrestrial applications. Experimented with different wavelengths from 1.5 to 10 microns, to overcome weather related issues.

Developing product strategies and applying market insight, I created market plans to gain and grow new technology accounts. I influenced decision making on projects and deals worth more than $10B and positioned the organization to acquire controlling share of an ISP StarMedia for $25M by assessing wireless mobile internet market-entry strategy as well as organic growth versus M&A needs. I led supply chain management and e-procurement teams as well as generated billions of dollars in cost savings and by negotiating go-to-market B2B offering with CommerceOne and Oracle. I also crafted a business model, launch plan, and recommended e-store launch guidelines and e-commerce channel requirements.

Assisted Qualcomm with expansion into several European countries and Mexico | managed spectrum auction process, developed launch plan for service business such as Leap Wireless.

Braxton Associates was strategy consulting division of Deloitte & Touche;• Assisted companies with M&A, conducted strategic due-diligence, managed expansion strategy projects, prioritized market entries, streamlined operations, product portfolios and designed new revenue sources.
