I am a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience working with high-growth startups in Silicon Valley and beyond. With a BA from UC Berkeley and a deep commitment to social impact, I’ve spent my career helping organizations scale, raise capital, and optimize their operations—first in finance and operations roles, and more recently as a CEO, CFO, and COO.My career began in the early 2000s in Silicon Valley, where I worked in finance and operations roles—bookkeeping, financial controller, and operations management—gaining a strong foundation in what it takes to build successful startups. In the past 8 years, I’ve held executive roles, leading teams and organizations through major growth phases. Most recently, I served as CEO of Sun Exchange, a company that harnesses the power of solar energy to drive social impact. I also served as CFO during my tenure, helping raise millions of dollars from venture capital, driving operational improvements, and ultimately leading the successful sale of the company.I’m passionate about working with values-driven startups—companies that aim to make a positive impact on society. Whether it's improving internal operations, scaling efficiently, or guiding businesses through fundraising, I’m committed to aligning financial and operational strategies with a greater purpose. My goal is to continue working with exciting organizations that share a vision of growth, innovation, and a better world.Though I’m currently based in Cape Town, I spent 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and continue to travel regularly to the USA.
