I was responsible for targeting and evaluating acquisition targets for J&J's Entrepreneurial Innovation arm. I was given the task of determining a 5 year view of the healthcare industry and the implications on the current business plan. Finally, I was given responsibility to determine the optimal value creation scenario for J&J to commercialize it's innovations successfully.
