We also deploy and maintain our cloud infrastructure at scale on different cloud platforms.- Delivery Team: The delivery team works on designing and building custom IVA solutions to solve specific business problems for Haptik's enterprise clients. Worked on a project to re-design and decouple our legacy monolithic application. Separated out individual components into their own services and made these services available to other systems via internal APIs.Implemented a health-checker to proactively find and report on legacy database inconsistencies and corruptions. Improved our instrumentation of server errors by adding comprehensive monitoring and alerts.Designed and implemented an event-based Publish-Subscribe model in our core business layer which helped to seamlessly transfer structured data, propagate events between different components of our application.Improved the stability and architecture of our Customer-Support tool that is used by 1000’s of Support Reps all around the world. Worked on frameworks to add multi-level authorization, tier-based access control, automated audit logging, running scripts etc.

Launched Hidden Chronicles, which at the time was the 2nd largest web game on Facebook with 33 million monthly players, and grossed $100+ million. Architected several key systems & processes for Hidden Chronicles:- Administrative tool system used by Customer Support, QA and other game testers for managing accounts and customer complaints. Developed REST APIs to make this data accessible from external systems. Some features of the system included Multi-layer Access Control, Automated Audit Logging, Report generation, etc.- CMS (Content Management System) in PHP/JavaScript/Flash with NoSQL as the storage to manage the data for game designers. Exposed this data using REST APIs with lazy loading the data in the game. This system was later integrated in the Zynga SDK for other developers.- Delivered systems to improve game loading time by upto 50%- Built a platform to support end-to-end automated SOX compliance review cycle.Developed and supported server-side frameworks and new features for other online social games - Treasure Island, Hidden Treasures, Texas Poker.Architected and developed a new database service in PHP using registry & lazy loaded pattern. Exposed REST API services at the application layer to perform DB operations without a need to know the underlying infrastructure.

Conceived, designed and implemented several enhancements, new features and monitoring tools for the Bccthis web based Twitter client in PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Twitter APIs, and MySQL.Implemented a web tool to capture statistics for Tweets submitted using Bccthis platform. This helped marketeers to monitor and find traction on their products.Developed a “Chrome Add-on” in PHP and JQuery for submitting a quick tweet instead of the using the native Twitter UI.

Created high-quality dynamic websites for various college departments. Responsible for all aspects of website development – requirement gathering, database design, UX, presentation and styling along with the actual implementation.

Architected and developed a web portal in PHP/Java/MySQL to give a detailed daily status on various nightly batch processes. Provided graphical interface for real-time monitoring of all the batch processes and automatically send out emails incase of outage or if it crossed the set threshold limits.Developed an automation project in PHP, MySQL to interpret the report files being generated by any backend processes and compute the efficiency of the system. I also presented this data on a Web UI. This saved a lot of time for users as they could now get a dynamic visual display of the data, workload and efficiency over the web instead of going over the individual files.
