I am a software engineer by profession. I enjoy sketching and anything that challenges creativity. I started working on Storage technology in a storage startup, calsoftinc.com. At Calsoft, I worked on Virtualization, File Systems, and SCSI technologies in Linux and Solaris. At Stony Brook University, I worked in FileSystems and Storage Lab. I worked on storage performance analysis and took courses in Networking, Algorithms, Machine Learning, and Operating Systems. I started working on Messenger core platform at Yahoo. Complicated problems in abuse prevention caught my interest. I learned Big Data Analysis, worked on Hadoop with Pig scripting. It helped to understand abuse patterns and determine logic for real-time abuse prevention. Later I started working on Yahoo Mail antispam prevention. I worked on provisioning cache system based on Redis as backend. I worked on a few small projects in Android and IOS. The new world of Full Stack with Node and Javascript attracted me to a position in Groupon's web platform team. Here I worked on simplifying deep linking setup to promote Groupon app usage. Later I worked on modernizing the web platform to incorporate React/Preact, GraphQL, and isomorphic Javascript use in 70+ apps.I like to learn and explore. I believe there is something to learn from every person I meet. I like to grow the professional and social network.Specialties: Javascript, Node, Full Stack, System Programming, Storage technologies, Big Data Analysis, Product Design, Antispam techniques.Languages: Javascript, C, C++, Python, Java, Perl, Bash, and Pig.Technologies: React, Node.js, Redis, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, Docker.
