For my PhD thesis, I worked on theoretical condensed matter physics. I simulated electronic transport in quasi-1D materials for a large number of disorder configurations using a supercomputing cluster at the University of Minnesota. I used this to establish that transport statistics near a critical point depend on only two dimensionless parameters. I then extended these results to related materials. In addition to this work, I modeled the magnetic field dependence of superconductivity in a two-dimensional material and calculated physical observables that explained experimental data
