Developed a GTM strategy, both short term & long term, for new category launch under the Health & Nutrition portfolio of ITC. Researched consumer behaviour & established USP. Followed this by coming up with the appropriate distribution channels, pricing the product, and establishing market size & promotional mix throughout the marketing funnel. Did thorough competitor benchmarking & understanding best industry practices. All my findings were presented after extensive consumer behaviour research and incorporating consumer feedback after doing product & packaging testing. As a pilot program to test the entire marketing mix, I developed a website and analysed the traffic on the same.
