Alongside this, I help general counsel and heads of legal operations get the best out of their teams.I am interested in legal innovation, training and development for lawyers and tech. Feel free to connect if you are too.After starting my career as a commercial litigator at Eversheds Sutherland, I moved to Nationwide Building Society as an in-house lawyer. On returning to professional services in 2012, I led the firm’s retail financial services sector and developed the financial services regulatory compliance and consulting team.Over the last nine years, I have been one of three partners leading Konexo, developed by Eversheds Sutherland to provide alternative legal services. Combining the heritage, strength and stability of a global law firm with a mission “to do law differently”, Konexo uses the latest intelligent analytics, technology and innovative processes to provide a range of new law offerings including managed services, interim resourcing and consulting services. Konexo is located in the UK, US, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia and, for the last two years, has achieved a band one global ranking in the Chambers ALSP Guide.I met my wonderful wife, Hannah, at university. We have an amazing daughter and two loving dogs. At weekends, I am a (very) reluctant runner and an enthusiastic tennis player.
