With a mission focused on housing and health, I am passionate about providing access to safe and affordable housing for all individuals and communities. My dedication to these causes drives me to constantly seek innovative solutions and advocate for positive change.At CORT Community Housing, I lead the strategy for the Development Department, overseeing the construction pipeline of new housing. I manage a talented development team to deliver award-winning community housing of the highest standard. At an executive level, I report to several Boards and subcommittees on the establishment of new funding pipelines and project progress. I have been instrumental in the establishment of new funding models for financing community housing in New Zealand, which have been successfully replicated within the sector.With strong political, financial, and commercial acumen, I am adept at navigating challenges and securing the resources necessary to make a meaningful impact. I believe that by fostering equality and providing access to essential resources, we can create a more just and compassionate society. With my adaptable approach, I am well-equipped to navigate challenges and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others through housing solutions.
