During my time with Clinipak, and subsequently Key Surgical, I have built strong working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues at all levels through the business. My daily role is very varied but incorporates full responsibility for all quote and sample requests, sourcing non-stock and bespoke products, stock allocation and management of back orders, KPI reporting, full training and support of the rest of the customer service team, and providing absence cover for the customer service manager. In addition, I work closely with the commercial manager on pricing agreements and frameworks, and support the field based sales team with product information and pricing.

Originally employed for general administration work my role at Techniclean developed over the five years I was with the business. I provided maternity cover for the office manager during 2015 and following that was promoted to the position of Key Account Manager.My role was to oversee the relationships of the company with the majority of its biggest and most important clients. I was responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these key customers in order to be able to identify their needs and requirements and, in turn, provide solutions to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.
