Key responsibilities include partnering directly with the client sponsor to develop and deploy key solutions that are targeted for bringing more volume into the current partnership, specifically those solutions that maximize profitability, increase strategic importance to the client, deliver cost savings and bring value to their overall workforce objectives. I am engaged as part of our client sponsor’s staff for my book of clients and participate in their planning to act as an internal liason within Kelly to secure program resources across Kelly business functions as appropriate to ensure solutions are profitable and meeting customer requirements. I support all Kelly business lines (OCG, commercial and professional staffing, etc) and work with Kelly international markets while North America is the primary focus.Responsibilities include:◦Managing a multi million dollar client portfolio account and ensuring consistency of service and compliance to customer requirements and their contracts.◦Business development and account management.◦Establish in depth understanding of all customers' businesses, staffing and workforce management objectives & outsourcing strategy and objectives, beyond procurement to include HR and key operationans leadership roles◦Maintain effective business relationships at executive levels.◦Ensure Kelly’s best interests are represented on client sponsor’s staff.◦Expand usage of Kelly’s solutioons throughout the customer's various locations and subsidiaries by identifying opportunities and developing support strategies.to meet the clients' workforce goals.◦Proactively identify issues and opportunities and implement plans to address them.◦Operate within customer policy, by exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions.
