• Identify opportunities to improve the end to end supply chain in terms of process, workflow, tools, and technology.• Develop the before & after situation, cost benefit analysis of the proposed improvements initiatives, project timeline & resources needed, and present those to senior management.• Manage the introduction, trial and launch of new initiatives improvements by working closely with internal stakeholder and subject matter expert.• In charge of implementation of the initiatives on project/ program basis and monitor the result to ensure the initiatives are work as planned and contribute cost saving as desired.

• This was my additional role beside being supply chain analyst.• My main responsibilities was assisting Director in developing presentation to top management, preparing & controlling supply chain directorate’s budget (including but not limited to manpower planning, focus & target setting for next year, and work plan to achieve it), tracking all projects under Supply Chain Director’s responsibility, monitor supply chain KPI’s across the Group (Upstream and Downstream), and conduct workshop & team building once or twice a year.

• Set up inventory level and zero stock policy of palm products in Mills, KCP’s, and Bulking Stations on Upstream side (42 Mills, 5 KCP’s, and 7 Bulking Stations).• Review storage tank (warehouse for liquid products)’s capacity (availability vs requirement) regularly to support sales and operations.• Provide and publish weekly inventory dashboard as part of early warning system.• Conduct regular coordination meeting and work closely with Sales, Logistic, Transport, and Operations to maintain the stock level.

• Initiate and facilitate the implementation of key initiatives to control product loss in transfer process.• Develop Standard Operating Procedure for loading & unloading activities and conduct training for the operators involved in oil transfer process.• Propose and lead the implementation of security tools and equipment in loading, unloading, and transportation facilities to prevent losses (e.g seal, padlock, padlock seal, network CCTV, GPS System, FFB net, standard truck inlet and outlet design, etc)• Initiate and conduct once in three years event, Oil Transfer National Conference, a gathering event for awarding operating units with best achievement, reviewing the whole conducted programs as a strategy to prevent oil loss transfer as well as introducing new technologies and challenges.

• In charge of data collecting and processing to provide monthly dashboard & report.• Analyze supply chain issues and conduct on site investigation regarding specific issues, in charge for Kalimantan area.

Completed a research for DIKTI’s project on how the availability of tertiary majors in Indonesia’s universities meets industry needs.
