• Tsunami Sport was established with the objective of providing a range of international quality sports apparel to athletes at club level in a variety of sports.My responsibilities include:
• Performing accounting duties in regards to accounts receivables/payables, invoicing, bookkeeping and financial reporting, previously in MYOB and now in XERO.
• Reporting financial data to COO for effective decision making and liaising with external auditors.
• Proactively being involved in upgrading to new technologies - e,g. migration of accounting software from MYOB to XERO.
• Setting up systems to streamline operations (e.g. Purchase Orders and SKU)
• HR & Admin duties including but not limited to preparing employment contract and monthly payroll preparation.

• Maintained good relationship with customers, who turned into regulars, spending on average of more than HK$1000 per visit.
• Helped develop good teamwork and sales skills among colleagues, which made it possible to break sales record few times during my tenure with the company
• Recommended drinks and snacks to customers to facilitate their decision
• Recorded daily consumption and made orders to suppliers to avoid wastage and keep par level of stock
• Co-ordinated with Managers, in designing and pricing bar and snacks menu

• Handled daily administrative duties and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
• Communicated with guests to receive feedback on the service and passed the comments to the management
• Handled overnight operations as an acting supervisor ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Handled check-in services and enquiries, both face to face and over the phone
• Recorded daily reports, F&B and equipment inventory and reported it to senior managers
