Average no of trucks per day 150. Strict vigil is maintained to ensure excellent truck utilization which currently stands at 93% leading to distribution savings cost to the tune of Rs 12 million in FY 12-13 for south region• IT implementation – The first phase of SAP –APO roll out with the production and dispatch plans generated by the APO.
