With a robust foundation in technology procurement, my focus at ZF Group centers on driving innovation and efficiencies through shaping supplier strategy. Leveraging my tech knowledge, have classified suppliers and phase-out non-strategic suppliers or introduce new suppliers via RFPs/tenders/partnerships. Previously at Entain and Airbus, I orchestrated IT procurement, managing categories that contributed to operational agility and significantly improved the company's bottom line. The experience solidified my capabilities in navigating complex purchasing landscapes, ensuring that we consistently met and exceeded our collaborative goals (savings - EBIT and non EBIT, data accuracy, collaboration among others) with both efficacy and foresight.
