Project Detail : This Project is of 44 km section with 2 station “ HEART & 20 KM STATION “are there in phase II which start from Khaf station to Heart station in Afghanistan. It is based on Electronic Interlocking , EI system of IRANIAN CONTRACTOR as a Signalling contractor.This Project is based on ERTMS Level 2 system . I am accountable for Design Review & check of all Signalling Plan & give a comment over it .Responsibilities:1. Check & review the Railway Signalling Design & give comment over their & find out the anomaly & discrepancy in Engineering scale plan ( ESP) , Signalling Interlocking Plan ( SIP )2. Submit those design with comments to the client ( ARA) so that client check & review again & send back to the contractor .3. Help in preparing the tender document & Signalling BOQ for execution stage .4. Making coordination & lesions with different departments like civil, track, electrical etc & furnish our Signalling requirements in a project .5. I am accountable for Quality Assurance & quality control activity of signaling system.Key Responsibility 1. I am responsible for preparing & checking the punchlist with the reference of checklist provided from another JV partner i.e. texmeco2. Responsible for checking. & closing the points by coordinating with Texmeco who is responsible for executing the signaling work.3. I am accountable for Project Management (PMC) & interface activity of signalling system. CIXL is the interlocking system of ALSTOM has been used in this projectKey Responsibility 1. Key Active role in Monitoring , supervision & control of whole project including section & yard2. Preparing the everyday Detail Project Report ( DPR ) of the project , analyse it & send it to the client & important senior person of PMC .3. Provide everyday Interface, Liaison & coordination between various team mates located at different site location.4. Review the Signalling Plan of four station & involve in Preparing the BOQ of it .2. Analyse & Study the Scope of work .3. Provide Interface , liasion & coordination between team mates .4. Study about the project .5. Involve in doing the S&T Cable tracing activity at site . 6. Involve in doing the Shifting of Signalling Location box from main line .7. This Project is of 33.5 km underground section with 27 underground stations which start from Colaba & goes to Bandra & Ends up to Seepz station with 1 Depot. It is based on CBTC Technology. In this Project, four Consortium Companies consisting of Padeco Inc. Ltd., Japan, Egis Ltd., France, Louis Berger Group, USA, AECOM, Asia ( MAPLE )are there. I am accountable for design review & Project Management activity. Track is designed on standard Gauge principle, divided into 7 packets. Project funding agency is JICA Bank .Key responsibilities 1. Review various signalling documents like DBR , PQ document etc2. Analyze the scope of work 3. Suggest which indoor & outdoor cables can be used .4. Suggested how many signalling gears can be used for Main Line & Depot as per the track alignment plan .5. Review axle counter as compared with track circuit .6. Involved in signalling planning ( Task & Activities ) work .7. Prepare the interface document in which various signalling interface with other system can be made .

Project Name : L&T Hyderabad Metro Rail Project This project is based on CBTC GOA 4 Moving block technology with Thales Canada is a Signalling contractor . I was associated in the corridor 3/ph 2 which is a 8 km section from Nagole to Matuguda with one depot i.e Uppal have been used . It uses 2.5 GHz to 5.8 GHz frequency band & primary train detection is done through RFID tags with an adequate distance among them ( 8 - 10 m ) .Wi - Fi antenna have been used on the main line at a distance of 250 - 300 m for bi-direction track - train - OCC communication . SELTRACK CBTC Interlocking system from Thales Canada had been used & various onboard ( VOBC , two MRU antenna , TIU ( transponder Interrogator unit ) etc signalling equipment's & wayside signalling equipment's ( RFID Tags , Wi-Fi antenna etc ) had been used in primary train detection & track circuit had been used in the secondary train detection . 3 aspect ( R, Y , V ) signalling had been used in fall-back mode Various interlocking tests had been performed .1. Conducted a bell test .2. Conducted a Continuity test3. Indoor & Outdoor Connectivity Check4. Conducted a Loop Resistance test .5. Conducted a Startup check 6. Siemens India is a Signalling contractor & SICAS ECC & SIMIC PC interlocking have been used & it is based on fixed block/DTG ( distance to go ) technology with siemens 3 phase AC track circuit have been used for train detection . I was from the track contractor end as a key Signalling interface Manager , provide time to time Signalling interfacing between track contractor end & Signalling contractor i.e Siemens end along with client i.e. ILFS & meeting the signalling requirements as per tender document .

Project Name :- Durgapur Power Ltd.(DPL),West BengalDescription :- This Project based on panel interlocking ( PI ) , comprises of 15 km long siding section from main line . Initially there were two lines i.e. one for reception end & another for dispatch end .These two lines split up in to four more lines in which three lines used for tippler & one is connected with sand hump .Tripler line meant for wagons to be stand over there after unloading the coal on the hopper line . The train with coal comes up to track hopper & drop the coal & coal goes in to the furnace with the help of conveyer belt connected between hopper & furnace.
