Overall ownership for business development and management of existing delivery for one of the biggest engagements in Australia● Managed large and complex multi tower deals (two $50+ MN bids ) and collaborated with multiple cross functional stakeholders ( Sales & Solution, Client Partners / Account Managers, Finance, HR, Horizontal and Vertical Leadership teams )● Working with Onsite Client Partner managed the multiple multi dollar RFPs and proactive proposals for expanding the new digital business footprint● Working closely with Delivery Excellence leadership, HR and Talent Acquisition group to find right IT talent and increase IT related services● Review Project plan and distributed work to team members● Identification of potential Risks and classification of them based on criticality● Creation of mitigation plan to reduce impact or mitigate/eliminate risk● Producing business plan, KPI, project plan for phased execution● Understanding current operation model and producing to-be processes● Quality Assurance - Drive Service Levels, CSS, Customer Service and automation

● Interfacing with internal stakeholders, engaging with 3rd party suppliers, participation in service meetings● Escalation of issues with internal teams and suppliers● Managing the end-to-end data centre services/ configuration process● Interfacing with Hardware Delivery Services – Procurement Team in procurement process● Identification, implementation, development, and automation of new processes● Engagement at mobilisation phase with projects to provide advice and agree hardware requirements and timelines● Reviewing and approving the changes to the infrastructure in support of client requirements● Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and standards● Responsible for internal and external business relationships and using own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others● Accountable to drive holistic understanding of risks, issues and the accompanying mitigation/prioritisation strategies required● Motivate the team to meet stretch targets and, through personal development and management, grow capability and manage under performance
