Over sawed multi-body mixing in the juicer to analyze the blade effectiveness. 🧑‍💼Saurabh started his professional career as a GET with ATL India, Bawal, Haryana. This role requires planning & allocating work, along with resource & manpower management, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards and cost control during the commissioning of the plant; validating the performance of machine parameters by comparing actual test results with design data sheets supplied by the vendor. Along with this some OA-based software for ERP-SAP product lifecycle management and inventory control. 👨‍🎓Saurabh completed Mtech in Machine Design from IIT BHU with a project involving a major part of FEA fundamentals. Worked on Terfenol-D material fracture and fatigue damage analysis of soft ferromagnetic materials as a major project for thesis. Working with software like Comsol Multiphysics and Ansys. Performed transient analysis of notched beam setup in the magnetic environment with mapped meshing using Crack mouth opening displacement and J integral by importing a new stiffness matrix to calculate the fracture load. 📚Additionally, Saurabh is certified in C, Python, AWS, Linux, and Safe6 from a reputed organization.
