• Troubleshooting the Balwan 500 tractor backhoe faulty hydraulic lift sensing mechanism.• Reverse engineering all the components of the hydraulic valve body, sensor rods, lifting arms, and cylinders by comparing them to the OEM dimensions. • Creating renewed designs using PTC Creo Parametric (Previously known as Pro-E) and quality control sampling plans (using sampling plan analyzer software) for the manufacturing unit while working alongside the Force Motors design and QA teams.
