I have over 15 years of experience in working with impact advisory and implementation engagements, worked with organizations like Intellecap, TATA Trusts network (FDRVC), Deloitte TTL, Schoolnet group (formerly IL&FS Education), and All India Artisans and Craftworkers Welfare Association (AIACA). I have driven projects in the areas of circular economy, rural value chains, skills & employment, livelihoods, producer collective promotion, MSME & cluster development, and public policy- with deep engagements with Central/State Governments, Multilaterals (WB, ADB, AfDB, FCDO), philanthropic agencies, & private sector players across India, Bhutan, Bangladesh & Rwanda. Deep experience of working in diverse sectors such as Apparel & Textiles, Ceramics, Handloom & Handicraft, Agri-business & Food Processing, Minor Forest Produce. My current role at Intellcap is to drive the circular transition of the Textile & Apparel (T&A) industry through its Circular Apparel Innovation Factory (CAIF).
