Coordinating with Master for regular ETA updates and pre-arrival documents require for declaring vessel in Ports. Following with the branches for timely IGM filing with customs, Declaring vessel thru online in PCS System. Co-ordination with Port authorities for timely berthing and unberthing.Sending Daily Loading / Discharging Report to the Principals.Preparing Statement of Facts (S.O.F) and other related documents for sailing formalities Vendor management involving consorting with vendors & internal branch offices for various husbandry services such as fresh water supply/ crew change/ garbage, bilges & sludge disposal/ medical arrangements for crew etc. Evaluating quotes received from vendors and providing the same to clients as and when needed Preparation of periodic MIS with regards to details of vessels handled annually for purpose of company’s growth assessment.
