Maintain control over Inspection of Incoming, Inprocess, Final stage & Development parts.Handling of field complaints and take a corrective actions (CAPA) against those NC.Maintain calibration status of Measuring Instruments.Handling of measuring instruments.Control of segregation, rework & disposal of defective material.Maintain the record of quality performance data.Basic knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, Capability analysis, 5 why analysis and 4M survey.Participation in TPM activities regularly and maintain the record of TPM activities.Schedule calibration of all inspection gauges, instuments and standard reference samples.Support to implementation of New development product/ revision in parts.Ensure the 5-S activities in shop & safety measures.Kaizen :- Coordination of Kaizens. Focus on implementation a number of kaizens in the area of Product improvement, Energy saving, cost saving, cycle time reduction. Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP system.
