As part of the corporate VDC team at Clark, I ensure the successful corporate deployment and local adoption of VDC/BIM to leverage the complete construction data lifecycle, beginning with preconstruction services through construction and project turnover.Also, I lead the development and implementation of Clark's service offering for Underground Baseline Reporting and BIM-FM nationally.

My day-to-day responsibilities include business development, marketing, sales, project management, and personnel management for Construction and Facilities Management Practices, which includes Autodesk, Bluebeam and FM Systems product sales, consulting and training.

As Construction Industry Manager at CADD Microsystems I focus on developing and refining project delivery for professional services to construction clients. I manage the consulting and training resources required to meet the needs of CADDs’ clients, and ensure that clients are satisfied with the solutions they receive to improve workflow and streamline their processes. I work with highly qualified professional services team to recommend the right technology package, assist with implementation, or improve procedures to further extend the capabilities of CADDs’ clients. I ensure optimal efficiency of the scoping, scheduling, and delivery of CADD’s engagements to ensure customers’ projects are executed successfully. Apart from implementation of technology solutions I am also responsible for business development in the Construction Industry. I work very closely with the sales team to bring more business for our professional services group.

As Vice President of Integrated Construction, I build upon and advance the company’s LEED, BIM and Technology processes to help HESS be a leader in these areas. I oversee the implementation and management of all hardware and software systems that streamline HESS’ operations. I was responsible for the complete transfer and integration of IT systems, financial software, and other construction technologies when HESS acquired Cooper Construction in 2016. Cooper is a Federal Construction Company. I spearheaded the implementation of Procore, a cloud based Construction Project Management System that increases project efficiency and accountability by streamlining and mobilizing project communications and documentation. I also led the integration of Procore with Sage Timberline, accounting software, to streamline financial business processes. I am actively involved in Business Development and educating clients on the benefits and proper execution of Building Information Modeling and other Construction Technologies.

As Director of Integrated Construction, I am responsible for the company's strategic leadership in the areas of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Construction Technology, Information Technology (IT) and Sustainability on all projects. By combining my knowledge of these disciplines with my architectural background and operational expertise, I continue to cement HESS'​ position as an industry leader in cutting edge technology and value-added services. I provide expertise to all types of project planning through the use of technology. Additionally, I collaborate with business units to establish strategies for achieving long and short-term goals through uses of technology so that business practices and processes consistently continue to improve. I drive the company’s adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other Field Management Technologies, to improve quality while reducing waste and maximizing value to HESS’ clients. I also lead HESS' commitment to sustainability and implementing green building practices. In this role, I head sustainability and LEED activities, as well as establish and direct LEED compliance.

As Director of Technology, I oversee all aspects of our Technology Infrastructure and Information Technology (IT) management. I am responsible for IT support, evaluation of new technologies, and all construction and administrative software. In addition, I continue to be engaged in overseeing HESS’ adaptation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other Construction Technologies.

As Director of Construction Technology at HESS Construction + Engineering Services I provide expertise to all aspects of project planning through the use of technology. I drive the company’s adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other field management technologies to improve quality while reducing waste and maximizing value to HESS’ clients. Prior to this position I worked as a BIM Manager for HESS.
