• Responsible for Managing Maharashtra region for Key Accounts • Managing 40 accounts spanning across Manufacturing, Banking, Construction, Government, Distribution, Automobiles, Process Verticals • Managing the accounts from Solutions perspective and positioning different solutions spanning across Servers, Storage, Networking and Services • Communicating the value of proposed solution/products to a set of decision makers• Responsible to act as a SPOC for customer and aligning the right solutions and team in order to meet the end customer requirements and hence driving business for the organization• Proven record of cultivating and maintaining strong customer relations and personally own relationship with the clients throughout the sales cycle• Demonstrate real client care and achieve complete client satisfaction• Accountable and Responsible for acquiring competitive accounts and growing the business within the existing accounts• Handling HP BCS and storage portfolio to address customer pre-sales and post sales requirement including solution designing for ERP or any other application• Deliver highly effective strategic proposals and presentations to audiences of all sizes• Drive an organization forward through concrete action, building skills and selling value add that increases perceived value of products and services; sound relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.• Working closely with Vendors like HP, IBM, Microsoft etc• Keep abreast of new technology on order to suggest appropriate remedies to meet client’s business requirements

• Coordinating with Inside Sales for generating new lead continuously and increasing the Sales Funnel• Handling new prospects for setting up of IT Infrastructure Projects, in SAP as well as non-SAP projects• Handling existing customer accounts and suggesting a solution as per the requirements• Maintaining good rapport with new customers and proactively suggesting solutions for the requirements• Designing of IT Infrastructure solutions• Communicating the exact requirement of the customer to parent company Hewlett Packard since Unique Solutions is an Enterprise Business Partner and getting the solution approved from the Presales personals in Hewlett Packard• Initiating the preliminary discussion with the customer and keeping the track of their requirements• Working closely with partners like HP, Redington, Ingram etc• Marketing activities like designing brochures arranging seminars and events like HP-SAP event• Negotiations and final closing of Order
