Recruit Clinical/IT/Non-IT/Professional/Engineering candidates via internet databases (e.g. Monster, Career Builder, Dice, JobDiva), cold calling, gathering referrals and other strategies when necessary. Specialized in recruiting Clinical, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Quality Engineers, as well as Computer Aided Designers.• Extend offers of employment, explain benefit and compensation packages, and negotiate salary to ensure that both the candidates and the clients are satisfied. • Screen candidates and rewrite their resumes to show how their experience matches the opening. Prepare candidates for interviews, going over potential questions and guiding the candidate on the best method for answering them. • Interface with Candidates, Vendor Managers, Human Resources, Engineers and Engineering Managers to best provide resources for the client’s needs. • Coordination of drug screens and background checks, assist employees with completion of new hire paper work. • Set up interviews with clients, either via telephone, computer (e.g. Skype) or in person interviews. • Generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management based on recruiting metrics. • Conduct reference checks for prospective candidates.
