Empowering our children with real-world skills and mindsets through transformational and engaging learning experiences, helping them work and collaborate with the brightest minds across the world. As part of our curriculum for schools and programs, students work with life design coaches and top industry experts from all over the world on real-world challenges, projects, and case studies to develop an interdisciplinary problem-solving mindset, sense of purpose, self-awareness, and a pursuit of excellence across all facets of life.We believe that children who develop these skills and mindsets can truly become Polymaths, people driven by their intellectual curiosity, creativity and sense of purpose to solve problems, make an impact and find a state of flow while doing it. Polymaths will not only shape an uncertain future, but absolutely thrive in it!

At Ekya Schools, as the Director for new initiatives, I helped in setting up the senior school academic vertical bringing in various technology interventions to make learning more personalized. I was also involved in streamlining some of the learning design processes for integrated programs. We also initiated the idea of the school of education to develop teachers for new-age learning environments.

We started Vedantu with two objectives: Making quality Teaching accessible to students all around the world at the comfort of their homes and making Teaching-Learning process extremely personalised. Over the last 3 Years Vedantu grew from zero to 1000 learning sessions a day, impacting more than 25000 students and growing our Teacher Community to 500+ Active Teachers. Apart from being a part of core strategy and direction as a co-founder, I was instrumental in two areas: Building the Supply Side, that is Teacher Community, which I can proudly say is one of the most vibrant Online Teacher Communities in the world, driven by passion, networking, performance and learning data and a common cause. Post stabilising the Supply Side, I took up the role of heading Business Operations focussing on the demand side strategy, Sales Strategy and Operations, scaling up the Sales Team, working closely with Product Marketing Team to generate more traffic and trials. Within 1 year of work with Sales and Marketing our Monthly Revenue Run Rate grew more than 3 times.

Lakshya is an educational enterprise which was started by a team of four IITians. It was conceptualized with a vision to make a visible change in the way education is imparted, learning is perceived and teaching delivered. It is currently operating in the engineering and medical entrance training segment.We started Lakshya with one single purpose: Attracting the best of the society towards the most noble profession of Teaching, by making it attractive and glamorous. We believe that great passionate Teachers can facilitate love of learning for a Child and also the passion to do something meaningful. Within 4 years of existence, Lakshya became a household name in North of Delhi Region for Competitive Exam preparation and beyond and has always been known for its excellent Teachers and Pedagogy. At Lakshya I saw a complete cycle of work, right from Teaching more than 10000 students myself, hiring Teachers, training them and making one of the best Teaching Teams in the country, to handling all Operations, Finance, HR and also being instrumental in expanding Lakshya to multiple centers heading the Marketing and Sales Strategy for new centers. Within 5 years of inception, Lakshya went from 1 city to 4 cities, becoming profitable, at a Revenue Run Rate of USD 2.5-3 Million and got acquired by MT Educare Ltd in 2012 with an aim of taking brand Lakshya to pan India. Lakshya produced AIR 1 in IIT JEE in 2017 and has consistently delivered top results from smaller cities. More than anything else, bringing the most fundamental change through great Teachers is what Lakshya will always be in my heart for.
