I am responsible for managing the operational efficiency of a fleet of delivery executives in my assigned hub. To be successful in this role, I have to ensure order fulfillment, logistics as well as provide an enhanced customer experience.• I am primarily responsible for managing the delivery executive (DE's) fleet in the hub. I must ensure, on a daily basis that the DE's logins meet the demand against the projections for the hub.• Ensure that no order losses happen at the assigned hub due to operational issues. Be it a rainy day or a match day, you have to ensure a smooth flow of operations so that none of our customers go hungry!• Ensure the fleet of delivery executives are disciplined and resolve disputes, strikes or complaints that may arise at the hub, warranting an efficient and healthy work environment.• Provide our newly joined DE's with on the job training to familiarize them with all the major restaurants and customer locations, as well as usage of the Swiggy app. Equip the DE's with intelligence on customer trends, that will help them make better real-time decisions while on delivery.• Ensure a flawless delivery service for our customers with a special focus on real-time service levels and schedule adherence.• Ensure that the DE's communicate courteously with the customer by telephone as well as in person. Investigate and solve any issue that arises between the customer and the DE's, on the same day.• Meet or exceed the target for customer satisfaction rating of the delivery fleet.• Increase operational efficiency by proper planning, monitoring, resolving issues, ensuring there are fewer delivery executive driven cancellations, identifying customer trends and implementing changes, as necessary.• Ensure 100% compliance among delivery executives on matters like wearing Swiggy T-shirts, bags and Id card while on delivery.• Create good work relationships with the delivery executives build morale, increase productivity as well as retention.

I worked at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd), Surat as a Senior Executive- Quality Assurance from April 1st, 2016 to July 17th, 2018 and being a senior executive my major area of responsibilities was:- Manage and drive a team of quality and customer feedback executive. Coordinate with the executive for field and in-house audits.  Define parameters/standards on the basis of which car audit needs to conduct. Monitor and work with the dispatch team to ensure only audit pass cars being used for daily operations. Handling the Cab and Auto attachment process in office. Act as an escalation point for handling customer complaints. Work in close coordination with the BD & Operational team for day to day operational executive. Application testing and device mapping and work in close coordination with product team also tracking of GPS fitted in cabs for checking real-time cabs availability (War-room tracking for cabs) Manage client’s payment deduction, managing device deposit deduction & device and sim-cards inventory data. Taking meetings with clients (Operators and drivers) regarding their issues, cab attachments, solve their problems and also convince them (existing operators) to clear their negative balance. Rectify payment-related issues and recover Ola devices from past operators who want to attach their cabs again with OLA. Handling the termination process for cab and FNF process for terminated cabs. Resolve technical and non-technical issues related to IMS and device by using the JIRA system to solve IT related issues and system bugs. Perform all the tasks related to documentation of cabs, drivers, devices and auto details and make sure that all vehicles & drivers which are associated with us must have proper documents and I make sure that if any document has expired then collect a new one and upload them in the system. Maintain QA-EOD reports and city operation sheets for performance evaluation of the city on a daily basis.

working in OLA CABS (ANI TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.) as executive quality assurance in Surat (Gujarat) branch, and my major area of responsibilities are:- Ensure cab quality as per Olacabs standard, driver NPS percentage and customer satisfaction analysis. Ensure ongoing cab audits on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Be responsible for maintaining the car and driver quality by conducting different types of audits (planned, unplanned & mystery audits) and training sessions. Define to drivers and operators, Olacabs protocol, parameters list, and its implementation.  Manage different types of tracker, google sheets regarding Cab, cab driver, Auto attachments and database of auto drivers, bank details of auto drivers and device details of cabs/ auto on a daily basis. Create Ola device for drivers and also solve the software related issue in Ola device (CAB & AUTO), for providing a hassle-free operating system to drivers. Provide training to the drivers for operating Ola device & also trained drivers to do good behavior with customers and perform a good etiquette manner and manage a good customer relationship. Handle customer complaints regarding cancellation of booking/driver behavior with the customer (DDD & CRNs), and if needed then penalize drivers and also retrain drivers for making sure that they’ll never repeat any other mistakes or offense in future. Make agreement with operators for Cab / Auto attachments. Follow up with different departments on daily key customer feedback highlights. Collate customer feedback on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and present customer feedback analysis to the management. Drive action plan for improving NPS percentage. Drive car rating mechanism/audit percentage based on audit outcome. Liaise with finance and legal team for potential ‘legal impacting’ customer complaints and issues. Effective in planning and organizational task/execution.
