• Setup, prepare and load molds safely into the equipment and machinery with crane or Forklift.• Ability to minimize cycle time to ensure maximum production in minimum time.• Inspecting finalized products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards and changing parameters to done OEM parts.• Performing all computer procedures and documenting all related information of Orders done.• Working experience with Kawaguchi, Erfa, Tedric, Jonwai machines with different tonnage systems.• Knowledge about vast majority of materials such as PP, PE, ABS, Nylon , Acrylic, PVC , Styrene, Q resin , Polycarbonate, GP• Minimizing scarp and strive to use regrind materials to maximize productivity.• Operating curing ovens, mold preheating tables and injection molding equipment.• Following health and safety procedures,completing pre-shift safety inspections and lockouts.• Advising the team leader or production supervisor of any faulty equipment or machinery, tooling deficiencies or component nonconformities• Reporting process scrap and non-conformities• Perform other duties as assigned by Production Manager

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure continued with the Occupational Health and safety act, company safety rules with good manufacturing process.• Used Drilling, Milling, Grinding and cutting machines with precision.• Using 2D drawings and making complex assembly with different type of power and hand tools.• Measured all casting parts with vernier calliper and Micrometer before going to assembly.• Respond to equipment breakdown; execute mechanical parts in timely manner and dailypreventive maintenance in the shop machinery and tools to minimize breakdown time.• Plan procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing and shipping considering cost and customersatisfaction.
