• Provided advise and counselling to full-time students on the availability of financial aid, the application process, and the reconciliation process required to ensure that financial aid funds are disbursed accurately • Fulfilled this role in addition to the role as a Student Services Manager and Placement Officer, involving handling multiple tasks, frequent interruptions, and short deadlines.• Researched and communicated complex Financial Aid policies and procedures to prospective students and school administration while proactively resolving any student concerns.
