About Saurabh Sathe

Our thoughts are a begetter of enlightenment and there are three things that fascinate me the most about sales and consumer marketing. 

One: the concept of consumer logic, and how rational and irrational it can be
Two: The art of story-telling to fine-tune communication in a way that convinces customers to adopt a product/service
And three: the need for unlearning to stay relevant with consumers I am currently leading Meta India's efforts to help clients achieve their business goals in Technology, Telecom and Consumer Durables industries.Over the yesteryears, my foremost identity has been that of go-getter, motivator and a resilient person. Earlier, with Airtel, I enjoyed growing through grass-root sales and marketing roles and in my last stint I was heading prepaid portfolio for Delhi NCR region to drive 4G bundle adoption (voice and data products) on airtel network. In the past, I have led airtel's business partnership and alliance with key smartphone brands (OEMs) to co-create a digital superhighway for aspirational Indians. I have successfully led the adoption of VoLTE technology across OEM ecosystem and consumers in India to pave path for network re-farming and improve airtel's 4G footprint across the country. Aside from Marketing, I am a digital junkie with 10,000 Instagram followers (@Explorer_on_bullet). I love long distance endurance cycling. I am a Randonneur and my longest ride has been for 300 kms in 18 hours (Dec 2021).The things that thrive me forward have been my hunger to excel, zest to win, sense of purpose and ability to connect with people and make friends. My capacity to inspire and engage with even the most skeptical personalities gives a boost to my self confidence.
